Chicago real estate, living and neighborhood perspective

Updates

May 18:

Several more changes that have been in the works are being implemented into the site.

We are finalizing plans for the upcoming webinar that will be available to both readers and past clients.  This is the first in an ongoing series planned for the year which will focus on landlords, renting and recent changes made to the law.  Those interested should send an email to events with “Landlord” in the subject header.  This webinar is limited to space and will be repeated in the summer as well.

We will be changing the current page for current listings making the page more dynamic and informative with all property information contained within.  Hopefully this will make finding information easier and simplified.

Our current development of a MLS search function is still in development and will be entering beta testing in the next several weeks.

We will be providing tracking changes to some of the statistics we have on the site into a spreadsheet format for subscribers.  This should make understanding the changes on the market more easily understood on a visual level.

The latest information for distressed sales versus traditional sales have also been posted.  You can view them here – https://realtyevolved.net/residential-commercial-distressed-chicago-real-estate/

Several more white papers and interviews are coming up as well and will be announced in the coming weeks.  Thanks again for all of your support!

April 21:

We’ve been recently doing some major technical updates and rewritten code to the site.  As much as possible we have tried to do all the updates, maintenance and testing during low usage hours.  That being said you may find a broken link or page not available while the updates are taking effect which should not take more than a day or two.

Thank you!
